This my Platformer lessen

This is my current platform game project. In the game, you can collect mushrooms to gain 1 health point. You can also collect coins from the? blocks. The normal blocks and other blocks give you mushrooms. The more coins you collect, the more you can earn. There are sound effects for collecting coins. The spike enemies and lava can kill you, but not Goomba and Koopa. You can kill Goomba and Koopa by jumping on them. If you jump on top of the spike enemies or lava, you die. There are sound effects for death and the game restarts, losing all your lives, showing the game over the screen.
